Rosty's subscription plans, how to upgrade, and how to manage your billing.
Subscription plans
Rosty offers three plans:
Free Trial
- Duration: 14 days from sign-up
- Staff limit: Up to 10 staff members
- Includes: All core features — rostering, messaging, unavailability management, staff profiles
- No credit card required
After 14 days you’ll be prompted to choose a paid plan. Your data is never deleted — upgrade any time to pick up where you left off.
Pro — $29 / month
- Up to 25 staff members
- Everything in the free trial
- Message attachments
- Staff profiles
- Priority email support
Enterprise — $79 / month
- Unlimited staff members
- Everything in Pro
- Custom vocabulary / branding terms
- Dedicated support
- SLA guarantee
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Click the Billing tab
- Choose your plan and click Upgrade
- You’ll be taken to Stripe’s secure checkout to enter your payment details
Changes take effect immediately after payment.
Managing your billing
From Settings → Billing you can:
- See your current plan and next billing date
- Update your payment method
- Download invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Click Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to my data if I cancel? Your data remains in Rosty for 30 days after cancellation. After that it is permanently deleted. Export any records you need before cancelling.
Can I switch plans mid-month? Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. We apply a prorated credit or charge for the remainder of the billing period.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational organisations? Yes — contact us and we’ll work something out.
Is billing handled securely? Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe — Rosty never stores your card details.
